If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your item here are some options for returns.
Within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund your purchase, not including shipping. The item(s) can be brought in-store when we are open or shipped to our store, in which case the shipping cost will not be covered and proof of shipment will be required within 7 days of the item's arrival to you. Within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund your purchase in store credit. The item(s) can be brought in-store when we are open or shipped to our store, in which case the shipping cost will not be covered and proof of shipment will be required within 14 days of the item's arrival to you.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to proceeding with return shipping. If you chose to return an item, the return shipping is your responsibility and our actual initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. We do not offer return shipping labels. Please note our actual shipping costs can be higher than what was originally charged. Items must be in original packaging and in their original state to be eligible for a refund.
Final Sale Items
All discounted items and all ''special orders'' (i.e. custom pieces, items not kept as stock...) are considered final sale. We do not accept returns due to size. Please measure accordingly before ordering.
Defects must be reported within the first 24hrs of receiving the item. If an item you received has a serious defect, please email pictures of the product and affected area to email@example.com. Please note that natural materials such as wood, marble and handmade items can, in some cases, have inconsistencies in pattern or form which are expected and show the item's true origin.
Order & shipping policy
We are currently shipping to Quebec & Ontario. Special orders are final sale and their delivery time will vary between 6-8 weeks.
We offer free shipping for orders over 70$ (excluding oversize items for which the delivery cost will be quoted and emailed to you before your order is confirmed).
If you live in a rural area there might be extra charges applicable (if so,you would be notified before shipping).
Please note that some items may only be ordered from our physical boutique and not online (example: sectionals).
You can also have the option to pickup your order during our store hours. Due to the current closure, please set up an appointment by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 514-695-6003. Also note, when ordering larger items, some assembly may be required.
